Ordering Instructions

1. Place your order by calling us at (503) 222-3492, emailing michael@aldergold.com, or using our general purpose online form.
2. We will confirm your order either on the phone or in a reply sent by email. The price will then be secured, you will be assigned an order number, and no changes or cancellations will be allowed.
3. The money can be sent via a wire transfer within two days, or by cashier's check, personal/business check, or money orders postmarked by the next day. Send any checks to our regular mailing address.
4. Up to four business days may be taken to clear a payment.
5. Orders will be shipped registered and insured, with signature required upon delivery. Special shipping may be arranged upon request.
6. Checking order status may be done by using our online form, sending email to michael@aldergold.com, or by calling (503) 222-3492. We'll need the name you placed the order by and your order number.
